Bacon Bouquet

This Valentine’s Day, think out of the box and skip the bacon and eggs and create your own bacon bouquet for your special someone. It’ll be a gift they’ll remember forever and will surly get you bonus points. Here’s how to make it!

What you need

  • Bacon
  • Flower stems
  • Vase
  • Muffin pan
  • Tooth picks

Start with the widest end of the bacon, with the fat edge down and start rolling it up until you get a rose like shape. Use a toothpick to hold the shape together.

Place the rolled up bacon on the cooling rack, putin the oven and place a foil-lined baking sheet on the rack below.

Bake on 375F for 30-40 minutes.

While your bacon is cooking, pull the flowers off the stems and set them aside.

When the bacon is done, place it on a paper towel to cool. Once it’s cool, you’re ready to stick the pieces on your stems.

Arrange the roses in a vase and it’s ready to gift to your someone special 🙂
