Litter-Robot

Cats. We love them. They’re pretty low maintenance, they groom themselves, poop in a box and exercise easily with just a few minutes of your time.

However, one thing I really hate doing is scooping their poop and worse having to smell it. Even if the box is cleaned daily it seems there is always a lingering smell just from the residue.

Many cat owners understand this issue and some even try to avoid the problem by not scooping or putting their cat to be an outside only cat, which studies show can be very dangerous for cats. That’s why when I heard about the Litter-Robot, I had a great interest in learning more about how it can work for my little Tuxie.

Tuxie is a 1 year old tuxedo long hair cat and as much as we love her to pieces her poop smells not so much like flowers as I’d like.

Litter-Robot

The Litter-Robot is a one of its kind open air self cleaning litter box that makes cleaning the litter box an ease.
Simply fill the box with litter and the “robot” will take care of all the dirty work. When full and time to empty the box will notify you and you just toss the bag in the trash. There is no more yucky smells and no more daily scooping.

The way the Litter-Robot works is it is equipped with a sensor that knows when your cat goes in and comes out. As soon as your cat is done with its business the “robot” uses a sifting type process that pushes all urine and poop to a air tight bag. One full, you empty.

Give it a try, after all what do you have to lose?
