I was pretty excited to take a look at this as I am one of those people who is very busy. I work two jobs, manage the blog, along with many other activities.

This watch was very easy to set-up, not to mention comfortable to wear. I did not experience any skin irritation or skin discoloration while wearing this.

When I first got this item I began using it right away. I was quickly notified on what I needed to do to help tweak my routine to a more healthful lifestyle. This was easy for me to understand and use, it synced nicely with my Samsung phone and was quite like my little health coach, leading me on.

This watch is indeed water proof! As most of you know, I live in Hawaii, where there is a lot of rain, especially in the winter time. And I couldn’t help but expose this to water on some occasions. This pretty much laughed at the face of rain.

My favorite part of this watch must’ve been that fact that when I am at the gym or out running I could easily check cellphone notifications. It’s always a worry that I’m going to miss an important phone call or text and I hate getting my $500 phone all sweaty or chance it coming out in the rain. With this watch’s up-to-date notifications, I was always informed!
