Being a designer I was very thrilled to receive one of these tablets. I’ve been wanting one for a while and heard a lot about Wacom. This tablet is very affordable compared to some leading brands. It works very well and is super easy to hook it up and let your imagination soar.

The Intuos Art tablet is super slim and ultra-light. It comes in mint blue and black. You can choose from two sizes, small or medium. It includes a pressure-sensitive Intuos pen which allows you to switch between pencils, pastels, chalks, watercolors, and oils. You can create your own unique style. The tablet includes multi-touch which allows you to pan, zoom, rotate, and navigate your canvas quickly. It also has four ExpressKeys so you can create shortcuts. These keys can make it easy to undo any mistakes by a single click. This tablet is designed for both right-handed and left-handed users.

I have always loved to draw and back in high school I had a media class where they had art tablets for students to use. I loved doodling on them. And must admit I drew some pretty awesome final projects. One of my artwork was displayed in a local art show and received 2nd place out of hundreds of entries. From then on, I always knew that design was my knack.

Drawing is a great way to unwind and let your mind just go off on it’s own. Drawing is my serenity, and it something I look forward too. It’s also a great skill to have as it comes in handy in many media jobs.

The Intuos tablet has been only amazing. It is really lightweight and I take it with me everywhere, so when I have a free moment, I take out my Macbook Air and draw. The pen glides very smoothly and makes it easy to switch point size, and types of brushes. My favorite thing about this tablet got to be the multi-touch feature. It allows me to zoom and navigate my canvas in ease.
