A bit confused.

When I first got into this promotion I was a bit confused what a ‘applicator free’ tampon was. I have never heard of it, nor have I used one. I was wondering if I’d like it, how it would go in. Wouldn’t my fingers get all messy when inserting?
All my confusion went away when the flow came.
I decided to use my free o.b. Pro comfort tampons, I grabbed the box, opened it and sat on the toilet with this bullet looking thing in one hand and the instructions in another. I’ll admit, I was a bit clueless.
After reading the instructions I felt more aware with what I was doing, I removed the little plastic wrapper, fixed the string, propped by legs in place and began the process. It felt odd at first, but what I did like was I was able to use my finger to mold the tampon into place, unlike other brand what the straight applicator, I could easily and painlessly get the tampon into the right spot. Of course, my finger was a bit a mess but nothing some toilet paper and soap and water can’t clean up.
I began my day, and checked about twice to see if I was leaking. Surprisingly I wasnt. I’ve had many, many leaking occasions with other tampons, I’m surprised now good this one locked in the leak. It was comfortable too! I didn’t feel any discomfort through all day use. I also liked that it lasts up to 8 hours, unlike many other tampons.
I have a new favorite tampon, I never thought it would be an applicator free or o.b. brand.
You may ask if I get used to the mess when I’m done putting it in? It’s still a little odd, but the comfort and not having to worry about leakage makes it all worth it.
